About the RoleDue to internal promotions, Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for 2x Parts Advisors to join our high performing Customer Care Centre.
These are permanent, fulltime positions located in our Archerfield office.Reporting to the Customer Care Supervisor – Technical, the primary responsibility of this role will be to provide maximum customer satisfaction by ensuring all customer contact are professionally handled, and customer orders are processed promptly and accurately.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure customer parts requirements are promptly and accurately interpreted, using the correct information sourcesEnsure the provision of an effective phone service answering all phone calls in a polite and helpful mannerProcess battery/and other warranty claims in accordance with correct proceduresEnsure related parts selling is practised whenever relevant and beneficialCustomer enquiries orders are processed through Microsoft Dynamics AX in an accurate and timely mannerEnsure customer credit policies and procedures are correctly implemented, including Procedures for the application of the Goods and Services Tax (GST)Ensure EFP or NEFP status of customer orders is interpreted in accordance with the Caterpillar and company policyCustomers' legitimate requests for published technical information are satisfied by reference to various approved publicationsIf customer needs are not satisfied with information provided, ensure referral to the appropriate service advisor or submit technical request to the Technical Communicator GroupWhy Hastings Deering?

Having an understanding in Caterpillar parts operation, procedures and product range will by highly regarded!
