You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, supporting the Venue Manager to ensure smooth service, team leadership, and an unforgettable guest experience.Key responsibilities include:Extensive knowledge of Gaming OperationsWorking closely with senior management who share the same visionCompliance, stock management,



training and developing of the teamEfficiently running the day-to-day operationsAssist in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experienceStrong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy hotelManaging, implementing and monitoring operational processesRoster management according to business needsManaging Maintenance and venue appearanceRecruiting, onboarding, training and upskilling team membersThe successful applicant will:Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar roleCapacity to work in a team environment while leading from the frontExperience in developing and executing operational proceduresFlexibility to work nights and weekendsKnowledge of TAB and wageringAbility to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experienceEnsuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicatedEssential requirements for this position are Current RSA, RCG & ARCG Competency CardsBe a motivational leader who encourages and develops the teamA passion for the hospitality industry with the desire to progress within the companyOur Values, Our People Our Culture, Our Jobs, Work With UsThis role requires completion of a National Police Check as part of our Employee Due Diligence process.
