The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join our Commercial team in Perth.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in the administration, negotiation, and management of contracts across a diverse portfolio of projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders, providing strategic contract advice, and driving best-practice contract management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a range of contracts, including complex project agreements.
Ensure contractual arrangements align with business objectives while minimising risk and maximising value.




Monitor contract performance and proactively manage contractual issues and variations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior contracts administration team members.
Support project teams with contractual advice and commercial risk management.
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in commercial negotiations, meetings, and presentations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in contract administration and contract management, ideally within construction, engineering, mining, or project-based environments.
Strong experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.
Sound understanding of contractual principles, risk management, and relevant legal requirements.
Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting team members.
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.
