Guitar Product Specialist
to join our team based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for guitar and the music industry with a rewarding career representing some of the world's most respected guitar brands.
Working closely with retailers, educators, artists, and industry partners across Australia, you'll play a key role in driving brand growth, product education, and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the commercial performance of assigned brands, including achieving sales and gross margin targets
• Forecasting demand and managing inventory requirements to support customer needs and business objectives
• Developing and executing marketing and promotional activities for managed brands
• Working with internal teams and global brand partners to implement product launches and marketing campaigns
• Providing product education and training to music retailers, educators, and end users
• Supporting and managing artist, educator, and influencer relationships
• Facilitate product demonstrations, workshops, clinics, and in-store events
• Assisting retailers with product knowledge, merchandising initiatives, and sales support
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Travelling interstate to attend customer visits, trade events, exhibitions,



and training sessions
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experiences
About You
We're looking for someone who lives and breathes music and is excited by the opportunity to work with some of the most recognised names in the industry.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A proficient guitar player, capable of performing clinics where required.
A genuine passion for music, musicians, and the music products industry
Robust communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and adapt to change
A positive, collaborative, and professional attitude
A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel interstate
Desirable Experience
Experience in music retail, music wholesale, or the musical instrument industry
Experience presenting, teaching, or delivering product demonstrations
Knowledge of guitar accessories, strings, and related products
