and skilled growthRole Responsibilities:Support Customer Success Managers with day-to-day registry operationsManage inbound and outbound client and investor communicationsRespond to phone and email enquiries with accurate and timely resolutionsProcess applications, redemptions, reconciliations, payments, and other registry instructionsManage investor transactions and issued capital movementsMaintain accurate system records, updates, and documentationPrepare and distribute client, investor, and regulatory reportsEnsure data integrity and compliance with internal controls and proceduresSupport transaction monitoring, audit readiness, and compliance activitiesProvide administrative support across the Fund Operations teamMaintain organised filing systems and accurate record management practicesCollaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client outcomesIdentify and implement opportunities to improve processes and service deliveryMonitor industry developments and stay up to date with regulatory changesParticipate in ongoing learning and professional development initiativesSkills & Experience1–3 years' experience in fund operations, registry services, financial administration, or customer service (desirable)Strong attention to detail with the ability to process, reconcile, and maintain accurate dataExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience using registry, CRM,
or financial administration systems (advantageous)Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline (preferred)About YouYou're a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
