We're looking for a sharp, organised Project Coordinator to join our Shopfitting team.
You'll support end‐to‐end delivery of retail, hospitality, and commercial fit‐outs across Australia, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients.What you'll doHelp coordinate project schedules, site documentation, and procurementLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects movingPrepare project packs, SWMS, and compliance documentationTrack budgets, variations, and delivery timelinesAssist with site logistics, deliveries, and installation planningMaintain clear communication with clients throughout each projectWhat you'll bringExperience in shopfitting, construction, or interiorsStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlinesConfident communication and stakeholder managementA proactive, solutions‐focused mindsetStable pipeline of national retail and hospitality projectsSupportive team with opportunities to grow into Project ManagementCompetitive salary and a collaborative, hands‐on environmentIf you thrive in a fast‐paced build setting and love seeing projects come to life, we'd love to hear from you.
