Key Responsibilities Digital Design & Content (Primary)Produce digital graphics and marketing materials using Adobe Creative CloudEdit educational and treatment videos for social media and website useCreate social media assets, including graphics and thumbnailsUpdate website content using WordPress and ElementorComplete creative projects using Jira task management Practice Coordination (Secondary)Manage bookings, rescheduling and client records using ZandaHandle telephone, email and online enquiries professionallyMaintain accurate client records and communicationsSupport the daily operation of the clinic through administrative duties Working StyleThis role is suited to someone who:Enjoys working within structured systems and documented processesFollows instructions carefully and consistentlyHas excellent attention to detailManages multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of workIs proactive, organised and dependable Essential RequirementsProfessional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)Experience editing digital video contentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailReliable, punctual and able to work independently Highly RegardedExperience with WordPress and ElementorExperience using Jira or similar project management softwarePrevious experience in a medical or healthcare setting
