The Role
With roles available in Ipswich, Springwood, Stones Corner, OR Sumner,you'llsupport NDIS participants aged6-65 yearsacross a wide-ranging community caseload, including:
Language
Mealtimes & feeding
Dysphagia
Aphasia
AAC
This is acommunity-based role, delivering functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres,parksand clinic spaces.
You'll:
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans
Build long-term relationships and see real progress




Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team

Agraduate-specific induction week(NDIS, community practice & life at Better Rehab)
1:1 discipline-specific supervision
6 months of structured induction,trainingand upskilling
4 paid study leave days per year

Qualifications
Speech Pathology qualification (graduating in **** or January ****)
Passion for supporting people with disability
Driver's licence and own vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening, WorkingWithChildren Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
