Manage a portfolio of strata property insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement.
Assess and process claims within delegated authority while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including GICOP.
Respond to claim notifications and stakeholder enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with insurers, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to progress claims efficiently.
Investigate claims, negotiate outcomes, and assist in resolving complex matters.
Maintain strong working relationships with all parties involved to support smooth and effective claims handling.

About the Role:
Manage a portfolio of strata property insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in general insurance claims (Motor, Home or Property).
Recent experience handling Home & Contents or Property claims.
Highly desirable: Commercial Property or Strata claims experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to manage multiple claims while maintaining high service standards.
