Our team have a progressive mindset and are looking for like-minded individuals who are keen to become part of our agile team.Office located in Hamilton, 15 minutes from Brisbane cityFlexible/hybrid working arrangement (office and/or work from home)Full-time positionA supportive and collaborative work environmentAbout the CompanyResile is a fast-growing, privately owned leader in all aspects of occupational health solutions and services across all sectors in Australia and internationally.Our multidisciplinary teams and expansive provider network are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.The RoleWe are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and provide exceptional administrative support to our Cases and Treatment team.You will be responsible for the quality, accuracy, and administration of a number of services including return to work assessments, injury management, alcohol and other drug assessments, health management plans, and other client requests.Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:Responding to client queries and assisting with the delivery of appropriate services via phone and emailLiaising with our clinical team and scheduling of appointmentsInbox management and ensuring responses are delivered timely mannerAssisting with the preparation of all necessary documentation including reports, forms,
and file notes to ensure timeframes are metKeeping record systems updated with all relevant informationAssisting the team in meeting key deliverables by co-ordinating medical casesLiaising with external medical providers and booking appointments as requiredFollowing up pathology, radiology, external medical provider results and reports as requiredYouOur new team member will have all or most of the qualities/skills below:The ability to multi-task; adhere to deadlines and timeframesExcellent organisation, prioritisation, and time management skillsGood working knowledge of medical terminologyExceptional attention to detailHigh standard of verbal and written communication skillsCompetency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookConfidence in their own ability but also willing to ask questionsAbility to work in a team environment or autonomously as requiredBe proactive, with a can-do attitudeExperience in occupational medicine/health environment highly regarded, but not essentialThe successful candidate must have the right to legally work in Australia.Salary will be negotiated, commensurate with experience.Why Choose Us?
