@realty is seeking an Agent Onboarding & Exits Specialist to own the agent lifecycle from join to leave, using our cloud-based systems.
You will set up new agents with CRM configuration, business email, domain/DNS and third-party integrations, driving the onboarding pipeline end-to-end to go-live.You'll guide agents through AML/compliance steps, keep the CRM accurate, and manage the exits process with data-driven follow-up.
This is a full time, office-based role on the Gold Coast.
