We specialise in delivering high quality, holistic, and evidence based care to clients on Support at Home (SaH) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

you will provide therapeutic interventions to support clients' needs and improve their quality of life.Your responsibilities include:Conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence based treatmentsDemonstrating professional judgment in clinical decision makingProviding therapy services within appropriate timeframesCommunicating effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionalsAssisting clients with assistive technologyWorking with older adults to enhance their mobility, independence, and life qualityResponding to client feedback and continuously improving service deliveryAbout YouWe are seeking motivated and compassionate healthcare professionals who are committed to making a difference.We are seeking a candidate who approaches their work with dedication and accountability, ensuring each client's needs are met with care and professionalism.Candidates must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this position.To be successful in this role, you will have:Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (essential)Relevant degree or qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech PathologyCurrent AHPRA registrationValid NSW Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicleValid NSW Working with Children CheckValid NDIS worker screening checkNational Police CheckStrong organisational and time management skillsA high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability, with a strong commitment to delivering client-centred care.Understand the importance of service continuity, respect clients' needs and time.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamExperience with SaH and NDIS, and paediatric therapy (desirable but not essential)
