We're looking for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Sous Chef ready to take the next step, or a recently appointed Head Chef looking for a fresh challenge.

About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll lead the day-to-day kitchen operation, working closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring and developing the kitchen team
Creating seasonal menus, specials and new food concepts
Maintaining food quality, presentation and service standards
Managing stock, ordering, kitchen costs and compliance
Building a positive and high-performing kitchen culture
About You




We're looking for someone with:
5-7 years' experience in commercial kitchens
Experience leading and developing a kitchen team
Strong organisational and communication skills
A passion for hospitality, great food and continuous improvement
Creativity, initiative and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
The drive to take ownership and make the role your own
