With over 30 years' experience across Central and North Queensland and factories in Mackay and Townsville, they've built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and quality, delivering projects across sectors including defence, health and aged care, education, and major commercial developments.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to install commercial and architectural window and door systems to a high standard of quality and precision.Some of your responsibilities will include:Reading and interpreting shop drawings accuratelyMentoring apprentices and trade assistants on-siteUsing laser levels to set frame heights and positioningInstalling commercial and architectural window and door systemsLiaising with builders to coordinate installation schedules and requirementsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Glass and Glazing) and current driver's licenceProven experience installing commercial and architectural glazing/aluminium systems, ideally on commercial construction sitesStrong attention to detail, ability to read shop drawings, and a team-oriented approach to working with builders and mentoring junior team membersWhat's in it for You?
