In this role, you'll provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes and directly improve their quality of life.
The role requires travel to clients' homes using your own car for which you'll be paid $0.99 cents per km plus paid travel time.We are looking for compassionate and reliable Carers to support our clients living in the Northern Beaches area: Frenchs Forest, Dee Why, Collaroy, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Berwora, Lindfield, Manly, Balgowlah, North Sydney, Cromer, Mosman and all over the Northern Sydney Region.To be successful in these roles, candidates must be able to travel to and between these suburbs in your own car to provide in-home care and support.The care work you'll be doing may include:Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressingHelping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaningProviding transportation to appointments and assisting with shoppingAssisting with medicationBeing female is recognised as a genuine occupational qualification for this role and is authorised under the applicable Anti-Discrimination/Equal Opportunities legislation,
