We're currently seeking a Brisbane-basedContract Admin Cadet to join GRAYATM.
This is an entry-level opportunity for students currently studying Construction Management (or a related discipline) who are looking to build a long-term career in construction delivery.In this role, you'll gain hands‐on experience across key areas of the construction process, supporting live projects through procurement, contract administration, cost planning, programming, quality assurance, and site exposure.

tender comparisons and contract executionSupport contract administration including head contract claims, variations, notices of delay and handover documentationGain exposure to design management, document control and platforms including Procore and Procure ProParticipate in site inductions, SWMS reviews and WHS compliance activities (guided by supervisors)Support quality assurance processes including defect management, ITPs and standards complianceTechnical DevelopmentLearn the fundamentals of cost planning, estimating and trade package pricingBuild programming and scheduling capability using MS Project and look‐ahead programsDevelop an understanding of building services, structural systems and high‐end finishes through real project exposureProfessional DevelopmentBuild communication skills through meeting coordination, minute taking and professional correspondenceDevelop leadership behaviours through initiative, problem solving and accountabilityTrack progress through structured cadet modules and take ownership of learning goalsUniversity SupportWork and study concurrently with paid study and exam leaveReimbursement for successfully passed subjects (subject to probation and program commitments)Commit to a minimum 3-year employment pathway with GRAYA upon graduation
