They are looking to bring on a motivated and driven Contracts Administrator.Whether your background is in commercial construction or you bring strong residential experience and are looking to transition.
As the Contracts Administrator, you will be a key contributor to project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards are consistently achieved.
You'll be working within a collaborative team setting, gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on exposure.ResponsibilitiesReview and finalise subcontract documentationMonitor and ensure subcontractors meet all compliance and statutory obligationsManage progress claims, including preparation and verification of payment approvalsAdminister subcontract variations in line with company processesEvaluate and process extension of time (EOT)
