The Role:
Working in a task-based support role, you will assist multiple Property Managers with the day-to-day management of residential portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up outstanding works
Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation
Assisting with lease renewals and rent reviews
Preparing tenancy notices and tenancy-related documentation
Scheduling inspections and managing inspection administration
Coordinating keys, contractor access, and compliance requirements
Managing tenant enquiries via phone and email
Maintaining accurate records and notes within PropertyMe
Assisting with arrears management and administration
Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
About You:
Previous experience in an Assistant Property Manager or Property Management position
Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Robust communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Experience using PropertyMe will be highly regarded
