YMCA SA is looking for an OSHC Regional Manager to join our team on afull-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where you will make a genuine difference in the lives of children, families and the dedicated teams who serve them every day.
As OSHC Regional Manager, reporting to the Children's Services Operations Manager, you will lead across a portfolio of school-based services throughout South Australia, championing quality care, continuous improvement and a culture where both children and staff truly thrive.As OSHC Regional Manager, reporting to the Children's Services Operations Manager,you will:Provide leadership to ensure quality care, recreation and leisure programs for children, and direction, support, and continuous learning for staff according to the National Quality StandardsBuild the YMCA of South Australia's reputation as a quality provider of OSHC servicesProvide first level support to OSHC Directors, including reviewing reports, Vacation Care programs, and timely response to questionsSupport a culture of continuous learning in the workplace (including own workplace learning)Attend Advisory Committee and School Leadership meetings as requiredIn conjunction with the Children's Services Operations Manager; prepare, monitor and review the service's annual budget and fee structureABOUT THE YYMCA South Australia is a not-for-profit community organisation that has served the South Australian community for more than 170 years.
