If you want to make a difference by helping shape a healthier, better-protected Australia, read on.Your next opportunity:We are sourcing a Reporting and Insights Manager for a 6-month fixed term contract, to join our team at AIA in either Melbourne or Sydney.Within this role you will be responsible for liaising with business stakeholders to create requirements, design, develop, enhance and implement reporting and insight solutions for AIA Health.
You will help drive planning, estimation and varied tasks associated with both strategic and operational business objectives.To do this successfully you will:Partner with relevant Operations teams, Distribution, Data Analytics, Retention, and Product teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities Distil large volumes of data, information and/or complex concepts in a clear and concise manner for key stakeholders Validate business demands and document high level functional requirements to ensure the new/modified functionalities address the business requirement Leverage industry and sector experience to bring progressive best practice solutions to AIA Health Managing requirements and briefs from the business, and size the work appropriately to coordinate sprint planning Build Business Intelligence (BI) solutions using Tableau Software & Power BI Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain Tableau/Power BI dashboards,
