Sylvanvale Limited in NSW is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to lead two 24/7 Supported Independent Living homes in the Blue Mountains and Greater Sydney area.
You'll guide a team of Disability Support Workers to deliver best-practice care in office with available office resources.You bring management experience in disability services, knowledge of restrictive practices and NDIS requirements, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
NSW driver license and First Aid are advantageous.
