We brew our own beer and distill our own vodka on-site, and run a busy café, taproom and events space across Depot and Buckle that hosts everything from Friday night crowds to private functions, corporate bookings, wedding receptions, and brewery/distillery tours.
We're growing fast and looking for someone to help us make every event at Depot and Buckle unforgettable.About the RoleWe're looking for a Functions & Events Coordinator to assist the end-to-end booking and delivery of functions and events across Depot Brewery and Buckle Cafe Distillery.
This is a casual role to start, with a clear path to full time as our events calendar grows.
You'll be an significant point of contact for anyone wanting to host a function at Depot or Buckle, and your colleagues as the person making sure it runs smoothly on the day.What You'll DoAssist enquiries and bookings for private functions, corporate events, brewery and distillery tours and tastings, from first contact through to confirmationPrepare quotes,



run sheets and event packages tailored to each clientCoordinate with our bar, kitchen, brewery and distillery teams to make sure every event is resourced and delivered properlyBe on-site to oversee functions and events, including some evenings and weekends, as well as the occasional off-site eventBuild relationships with repeat corporate clients and local businessesHelp develop and promote our functions offering, including packages and social contentKeep the events calendar and booking system up to date and organisedAbout YouExperience in hospitality, events or functions coordinationExcellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer serviceHighly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple bookings at onceComfortable working some evenings and weekends around eventsA team player who's happy to jump in wherever needed in a small, hands-on businessA love of craft beer, vodka and hospitality is a big plusWhat We OfferA casual role with a genuine path to full-time as our events side of the business growsStaff discounts on our beer and vodka, and across Depot and BuckleA fun, fast-paced brewery, distillery and taproom environmentReal ownership over how our functions offering develops
