Shift Details
12-Hour Rotating Day & Night Shifts
Day Shift: 6:00am – 6:00pmNight Shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am
Rotating Roster
2 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days Off
2 Days | 3 Nights | 4 Days Off
3 Days | 2 Nights | 5 Days Off
This roster provides consistent scheduling and extended breaks, giving you more quality time outside of work while still maintaining full-time hours.
Weekend work forms part of the roster, with approximately two weekends per month.
Earn More on Weekends
Saturday: 1.5x Penalty Rates
Sunday: 2.0x Penalty Rates
About the Role




This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll be involved in producing, assembling and testing components used within the water treatment industry.
Working as part of a close-knit production team, you'll operate manufacturing equipment, monitor production processes, complete quality checks and ensure products meet strict quality standards.
This role requires a strong focus on safety and quality while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor production processes and equipment
Assemble and test manufactured components
Perform quality inspections on finished products
Accurately record production data using computer systems
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
Safely operate production equipment and tools
Assist across multiple production areas when required
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workplace
Contribute to a positive, team-focused safety culture
Physical Requirements
This is an active role and may involve:
Repetitive manual handling
Standing for extended periods
Lifting and moving components
Repetitive production tasks
Working at or above shoulder height
What We're Looking For
Essential




Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
Machine operating or production equipment experience
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transport essential due to rotating shifts and limited public transport
Ability to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
Strong mechanical aptitude
Experience within fast-paced manufacturing environments
High attention to detail
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Positive attitude and willingness to assist across the production floor
Training & Development
Comprehensive training will be provided across all machinery, production systems and site procedures.
