we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do:Manage incoming sales enquiries for Sea-Doo and Can-Am productsFollow up leads and maintain CRM activitiesAssist customers with parts and accessories enquiriesInterpret parts and prepare quotationsBook service appointments and assist with service advising dutiesProcess customer payments and prepare sales documentationMaintain showroom presentation and stock displaysAssist with vehicle deliveries and customer handoversSupport inventory management and stock controlAssist with customer complaint resolution and aftersales supportProvide support to Volkswagen Sales, Toyota Service or Volkswagen Service departmentsduring quieter seasonal periodsQualifications:Strong customer service and communication skillsPrevious automotive, marine, motorcycle or powersports experience preferredAbility to learn technical product knowledgeComputer literacy and ability to work with dealership management systems
