manage and track projects – budgets, scope, risks, delivery and client communicationAnalyse environmental data and identify risks, impacts and mitigation strategiesTranslate regulatory requirements into clear advice for clientsWork with internal specialists and external partners for multi-disciplinary outcomesTake ownership of client relationships, ensuring quality delivery and trusted-advisor serviceContribute to fee proposals, scoping and tender submissionsSupport internal quality assurance and elevate our deliverablesRepresent Onward in QLD, with prospect to build your network and shape presenceMentor junior consultants and step gradually into leadership responsibilitiesAbout youDegree in environmental science, engineering, planning or related field5+ years of environmental consulting or approvals experienceStrong knowledge of QLD and Commonwealth approvals pathways (EP Act, EPBC Act etc.)Confident managing projects, schedules and deliverablesEnjoy direct client contact and can translate technical detail into practical adviceDesire to grow into leadershipCollaborative, curious, pragmatic and keen to influence outcomesWhat Onward offersCompetitive remunerationFlexible working arrangements (including WFH, 9-day fortnight)Salary packaging and lifestyle benefitsEmployee share option planTraining, skills development and career advancementChance to build your career alongside the growth of our QLD business
