you will provide specialised psychological assessment and intervention to adults with traumatic brain injuries and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
You will deliver evidence-based care, support behaviour management and contribute to achieving optimal rehabilitation outcomes within a collaborative team setting.In this role you willDeliver psychological assessment, psychoeducation, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and behaviour management interventions.Develop, implement and evaluate individualised rehabilitation and behaviour support programs.Support patients, families and carers to understand and adjust to the psychological and behavioural impacts of brain injury.Provide expert consultation and recommendations to the interdisciplinary team to maximise patient participation and recovery.Participate in clinical reviews, family meetings, service development activities and quality improvement initiatives.If you're passionate about improving the lives of people living with acquired brain injury and want to work within a collaborative team recognised for clinical excellence, we'd love to hear from you.Qualification: Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC)
