Key ResponsibilitiesReview project documentation, scopes, and drawingsAttend site inspections and assess project requirementsPrepare detailed scopes of work and accurate cost estimatesComplete take-offs and pricing submissionsSource and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingPrepare quotations and tender submissionsLiaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSupport Project Managers with project costing and scope development
About YouWe are seeking someone with strong estimating capability and practical construction knowledge who enjoys working across diverse projects and collaborating closely with operational teams.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience estimating within commercial construction, refurbishments, fit-out, insurance, or remedial worksStrong understanding of construction methodologies and building scopesAbility to interpret drawings and complete take-offs accuratelyExperience preparing tenders, quotations, and pricing submissionsStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneouslyTrade qualifications or construction-related qualifications highly regarded
