The Role
This role will see you take a hands‐on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
Leading project delivery from planning through to handoverCoordinating consultants,



subcontractors and internal teamsManaging client relationships and key stakeholdersDriving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomesIdentifying and managing project risks and reporting requirementsSupporting and mentoring junior team members
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environmentExperience delivering large‐scale community, health, education or infrastructure projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsA collaborative, solutions‐focused approachRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
