Our Urban Development team has secured a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across the greater Ipswich region, and we're looking for a Site Engineer who wants more than just a support role.If you enjoy being close to the action, solving real site problems, and working with a team that backs each other — keep reading.What You'll Be DoingYou won't be stuck behind a desk.




You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors to:Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractorsManage QA, ITPs and compliance documentationTrack costs, variations and progress claimsProvide short-term programming inputEnsure safety standards are upheldSolve problems as they arise on active civil sitesThis is a hands‐on role on active subdivision projects — roads, drainage, services, earthworks.What We're Looking ForHold a Bachelor of Civil EngineeringHave subdivision or bulk earthworks experienceUnderstand QA and cost tracking processesCan build strong relationships with supervisors and subcontractorsTake ownership rather than waiting to be told what to doIf you're currently a Project Engineer ready to step into more autonomy — we'd also like to talk.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Women and People of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island heritage are strongly encouraged to apply.
