This hands-on role partners with leaders, HR teams and operations managers to shape enterprise-wide outcomes in a dynamic multi-site environment.You will negotiate Enterprise Agreements in unionised settings, guide compliance with the Fair Work Act and contemporary awards, and represent the business in conciliations.
