You'll balance hands-on facility management with high-level project, cost and risk oversight, reporting directly to the CEO on portfolio performance.What You'll Own:Repairs, maintenance and CAPEX projects — delivered to standard, on budgetOperating expenses,
tracked and managed against agreed targetsContractor and consultant relationships — building a network that deliversRegular performance reporting to the CEOEnd-to-end project cost management — budgets, cost reports, cost planningDesign process oversight — documentation, consultants, approvalsRisk identification and mitigation — proactive, not reactiveWhat You Bring:Qualification in Facility or Project Management3+ years' experience in a similar senior roleSolid grasp of project life cycles and their critical stagesA track record managing budgets, resources and sub-contractors with confidenceSharp organisational and analytical skillsProven leadership across large project teamsOutstanding stakeholder and relationship management skillsWhy Join?
