Our comprehensive product range services the industrial, construction, mining, food and household & personal care markets.We're currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Welder for site-based work, with a strong background in stainless steel and mild steel welding.
This role is ideal for someone confident in both fabrication and on-site installation, with a focus on pipework and structural components.
If you're the right fit, there's a real opportunity for this role to become permanent.Position Brief BelowMONDAY TO FRIDAY WORKWETHERILL PARK LOCATIONOCCASIONAL OVERTIME WHERE REQUIRED7am – 3pm$***** per hour + overtime rates if required3 month interim contract with potential permanency for the right candidateKey ResponsibilitiesPerform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel ********) and mild steel.Weld and patch pipework ranging from 1⁄2" to 6" in diameter.Fabricate new pipework systems, supports,



and frames.Carry out on-site installation of fabricated systems.Fit and install valves, flanges, and other fittings.RequirementsWelding Tickets and or trade certProven experience with TIG/MIG welding in industrial or chemical plant settings.Robust knowledge of stainless ********) and mild steel welding techniques.Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.Awareness of safety procedures and PPE requirements in high-risk work environments.Experience with pipe fitting and mechanical installations.Previous work in chemical, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.Forklift Licence - Highly DesirableConfined Space Certification - Highly DesirableEWP (Elevated Work Platform) - Highly DesirableSound like you?
