You will work closely with operations teams, supervisors, schedulers and Defence stakeholders to ensue maintenance work is effectively planned, resourced and delivered safely and efficiently.Key responsibilities include -Planning and scheduling maintenance activities and programsReviewing and processing maintenance requestsCreating and managing work ordersCoordinating parts,
materials and resource requirementsMonitoring maintenance progress and supporting operational reportingLiaising with Defence customers and stakeholders regarding maintenance requirementsEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental and contractual requirementsRequired Skills and ExperienceExperience in maintenance planning, scheduling, work order management in a complexed maintenance environmentElectrical or mechanical trade qualification or strong trade backgroundExperience coordinating maintenance workflows, resources, materials and spare partsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office and SAP systems (S4 Hanna preferred)About VentiaAs a leading services provider, we maintain, operate, and manage the essential infrastructure that makes contemporary life possible across Australia and New Zealand.
