We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Practice Coordinator to join our Sydney CBD team.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
Lead and support the front office team while fostering a positive, accountable culture
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first point of contact through to treatment completion
Manage appointment scheduling to maximise clinician productivity and chair utilisation
Oversee patient communication, recalls and follow-up systems




Support clinicians with daily coordination and ensure seamless communication across the practice
Monitor practice performance, daily production and key administrative processes
Assist with team training, onboarding and maintaining practice standards
Manage patient enquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures
Uphold the clinic's premium presentation, customer service and operational standards
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Practice Coordinator, Practice Manager, Senior Dental Receptionist or similar leadership role within a dental practice
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Leads by example with a positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Thrives in a structured, high-performing environment
Is confident managing competing priorities and supporting a busy clinical team
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability and strong leadership qualities
Is committed to long-term, full-time employment
