You will answer incoming phone calls and emails, welcome customers into the showroom and assist with general product and order enquiries.There are no sales targets, cold calling or high-pressure selling.
Our customers are generally already interested in our products and are looking for helpful, honest advice.About the RoleYour main responsibilities will include:Welcoming and assisting customers visiting the showroomAnswering incoming telephone callsResponding to customer enquiries by phone and emailHelping customers with general product informationPreparing quotes and assisting with customer ordersEntering and updating customer and order detailsFollowing up order and delivery enquiriesProviding general reception and administrative supportHelping maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environmentFull training will be provided on our products, systems and processes.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly, professional and well-presentedComfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phoneClear and confident in written and verbal communicationOrganised, reliable and attentive to detailPatient, approachable and genuinely helpfulComfortable using email and basic computer systemsWilling to learn about bathroom productsAvailable to work Saturdays, with one weekday offPrevious experience in reception, administration, customer service, retail, showrooms or home-improvement products would be helpful but is not essential.The right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are more important than previous bathroomware experience.What We OfferStable, full-time employmentCompetitive salary packageFull product and systems trainingNo sales targets or cold callingSupportive and friendly team environmentA clean and qualified showroom workplaceOpportunities to develop as the business continues to grow
