Additionally, you'll:Analyse and validate high volumes of claims data to identify discrepancies, exceptions and potential risksConduct detailed reviews of subcontractor claims using Excel and other analytical tools to ensure compliance with agreed rates, contractual requirements and business processesInvestigate claim variances and non-compliant submissions,



making recommendations for resolutionLiaise with vendors, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve data, payment and system-related queriesSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, claim accuracy and system performanceAssist with reporting, trend analysis and process optimisation activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to support effective issue resolution and service deliveryAbout youExperience working with large datasets in a data, claims, administration or analytical roleIntermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and data manipulationStrong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review and validate high volumes of informationExposure to SAP, ERP systems, data reporting tools or scripting/automation capabilities will be highly regardedExcellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholdersAbout VentiaAs a leading services provider, we maintain, operate, and manage the essential infrastructure that makes modern life possible across Australia and New Zealand.
