We operate 13 facilities across 10 cities, employ over 4,000 people, produce over 47 million meals, and service more than 250,000 flights annually.About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Receiving Officer to join our Purchasing team based at Sydney Airport.Reporting to the Manager, Purchasing, you will be responsible for the accurate receipting, verification, and processing of incoming deliveries, ensuring inventory is recorded correctly and supports daily operational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesVerify incoming deliveries against purchase orders and documentationAccurately receipt goods into the ERP system within required timeframesRecord and report discrepancies, damages,



or shortagesLiaise with suppliers to resolve delivery and invoicing issuesMaintain accurate records and documentationSupport stock counts, audits, and monthly processesCoordinate timely distribution of goods to internal teamsWhat do you need to be successful in securing this role?
Experience in receiving, purchasing, or inventory controlStrong attention to detail and administrative accuracyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environmentExperience with ERP systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong organisational and time management skillsExposure to airline catering or logistics (desirable)What's in it for you?
