We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor (2IC) to be a part of our growing team.The role is based in our Alexandria Warehouse in Sydney Australia.Our ideal candidate is an experienced Warehouse Supervisor that will see you working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure service commitments are achieved safely and efficiently.Assist the Warehouse Manager with Warehouse Operations including receiving dispatching stock, overseeing of orders and returns managementAssist the Warehouse Manager with Inventory organization and managementCommunicating with other departments, staff groups and suppliersAssist the Warehouse Manager with keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirementsAssist the Warehouse Manager with briefing team on the issues for that particular dayEnsuring the health, safety,



cleanliness and security of the work environmentInitiate and implement process improvementsAssist with management of couriers/transportation in terms of delivery receipt/dispatchDelivery KPIS set by teamAssist with management of warehouse staff and casual rosteringPhysically demanding — may be required to lift up to 20kgYou'll have:Demonstrated experience in as a warehouse supervisor/ leader.3+ years experience in warehouse environmentValid Australian Drivers LicenseExperience with e-commence/ fashion is preferredExperience with PeopleVox highly regardedHigh-level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills in both verbal and writtenHave the right to work in Australia full time.What we offer:Young, team-oriented team environmentThis role is available to start in 2 weeks.
