supervision from trained supervisors, and a clear path to specialise in areas that excite you.What You'll Be DoingDelivering community-based Exercise Physiology to adults (16+), within homes, pools, outdoor settings or our clinic.Working across varied funding streams (NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, private) to deepen your clinical skillsSupporting clients with tailored exercise programs for chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, functional rehabilitation, falls prevention and hydrotherapy.Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team made up of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and Allied Health Assistants.What You'll Get:Support from experienced clinicians and leadersWeekly supervision and CPDOpportunities to lead CPD sessions and grow professionallyA company car, laptop, and iPad suppliedSocial events and team-building activitiesSpacious, modern office with plenty of room to collaborateRealistic caseloads that support quality client care and your own personal wellbeingThey right mix of support, supervision and autonomyWhat You'll Need:Formal qualifications in Exercise PhysiologyRegistration with ESSACurrent Driver's LicenseA passion for client-centred care and a proactive, team-focused attitudePlease note: Only candidates with full working rights in Australia will be considered.
