conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions.Your key responsibilities will include:Conducting thorough occupational therapy assessments and functional evaluations to identify client needs and goalsDeveloping individualised treatment plans aligned with NDIS participant objectives and evidence-based practiceDelivering therapeutic interventions across paediatric, adult, and complex needs caseloadsRecommending and implementing life-changing Assistive Technology solutions tailored to participant requirementsPreparing detailed clinical reports and comprehensive documentation in compliance with NDIS standards and AHPRA requirementsMaintaining professional development through continued learning, reflective practice, and engagement with emerging occupational therapy researchQualificationsWhat You'll Need:Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational TherapistStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsA proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and growThe ability to work both independently and collaborativelyAn interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or adult caseloadsAdditional InformationYou are welcome here.Our fast-growing team of more than 4,000 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
