As a full-time Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of a variety of safety-critical equipment, ensuring our clients' operations run smoothly and safely.What You'll Be DoingPerforming scheduled and reactive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and machineryTroubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to identify and resolve problems efficientlyImplementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the continuous operation of client equipmentProviding in office support and training to client personnel on the proper use and care of equipmentMaintaining accurate records of all service activities and reporting on the status of equipment and projectsCollaborating with the wider technical team to share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offeringsWhat We're Looking ForRelevant technical qualification in a field such as engineering, electronics, or industrial maintenanceMinimum 3 years of experience as a service technician or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sectorsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issuesExcellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and provide training on equipment operation and maintenanceA customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a teamA valid driver's licence and the willingness to travel to client sites as neededWhat We OfferAt Safetech, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
