Position Overview
As a Customer Service Superstar, you will provide exceptional customer support, solve problems, and ensure our customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns via telephone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Actioning customer enquiries via inbound telephone and email, in a prompt and qualified manner.
Provide customers with updates on deliveries, general transport information, services, and troubleshooting.
Handle transport booking, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams, including drivers and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth operations.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
The Ideal Candidate will have
Proven experience within an inbound customer service role (FMCG, Supply Chain preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle various customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to finding solutions
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365, and Transport and or Warehouse Management Systems
Flexible for sift scheduling between the hours of 7:30AM - 5:30PM
