in managing major customer accounts within the Convenience portfolio.This role plays a key part in enabling sales and operational excellence by supporting customer account management, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
You'll collaborate with internal teams across Operations, Customer Service, Merch & Marketing, and Field Sales to deliver strong outcomes for our customers.In this RoleSupport day-to-day sales operations including stock management, pricing, data maintenance, and claimsAssist with sales and demand forecasting in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholdersDeliver reporting and insights to track compliance to trading terms and performance metricsBuild strong internal and external relationships through structured customer engagementSupport preparation of customer proposals using sales analysis and insightsCoordinate cross-functional teams to execute sales initiatives and promotionsContribute to new supplier onboarding, product setup, and seasonal/NPD activitySupport trade shows, conferences, and partnership initiativesWhat are we looking for?
Experience in retail, FMCG,
