What you'll do
Our Shift Supervisor take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations in the restaurant.
Leading the restaurant team in productive day-to-day operations
Being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with the Zambrero values and culture
Assisting in training, developing, and driving the team to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
Assisting with hiring new team members and onboarding them
Assisting in managing the team, including staff performance reviews, and rostering staff
Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
