This role involves implementing allied health programs designed by our team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
You will support clients to achieve their goals for health and wellbeing and to remain independent.
This will involve facilitation and delivery of in home sessions as well as group programs.Day to day this role looks like:Providing service delivery as per clients care plan within relevant Model of Care including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and other disciplinesFacilitating and supporting in home and/or group activities & programs,
