who can perform market and trend research, design scalable processes and drive implementation to achieve fast, sustainable growth.The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate clients' visions into reality.
You will collaborate with multiple internal departments and report directly to key stakeholders to assist in coordinating all aspects of the role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead in-gallery interior design consultations and interpret client briefsBe flexible to the KL Design House's business requirementsFacilitate client home visits to assist in the styling of their desired spacesDevelop spatial layouts and furniture plans that balance aesthetics and functionalityCurate cohesive material palettes and product selections from the KL rangeProfessionally present mood boards, layouts,



and design conceptsGuide clients through the full consultation journey through to final specificationCollaborate closely with gallery and sales teams in their day-to-day operationsMaintain exceptional presentation standards within the consultation spaceSupport galleries with in-house sales where requiredAble to travel for work related purposes (main location in Bundall with weekly visits to our Logan and Windsor Galleries)Available to work on weekendsRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years' experience in interior design, styling, or residential consultationStrong spatial planning capabilities with a refined eye for materials and finishesProficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and external rendering programs such as D5 or EnscapeConfident and qualified communication skills with strong client-facing capabilitiesExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong commercial awareness within a retail or consultation-based environmentValid driver's licence and reliable vehicleWho are we looking for?
