You will play a key role in supporting our growing fleet and ensuring operational capability through hands-on, workshop-based work.ResponsibilitiesPreparation of metallic and composite surfaces prior to coatingSub-assembly of parts and some components prior to coatingMix and apply primers and paint to aircraft surfaces in line with specificationsDocument and maintain accurate records of all work completedMaintain paint shop equipment and materials, including ordering consumablesEnsure all work is compliant with prescribed specifications, meets safety standards, and is completed to the highest qualityAbout YouCert III Aircraft Surface Refinishing orCert III in Automotive Refinishing or equivalent trade experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to communicate effectively and professionallyMotivated to perform in a disciplined, safety-focused aviation environmentProactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a growing operation
