We're currently seeking a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our head office and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
About the Role This is a varied, hands‐on position ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer service, admin, and team support.
You'll be the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, while also assisting with general office duties, basic finance tasks, and assisting the team Key Responsibilities Professionally greet visitors and answer incoming calls Processing quotes and assisting with invoice entry for both warehouses in QLD and WA (remote)



Daily EFTPOS handling and reconciliation of transactions Booking in customer returns and entering freight information Providing backup support to the admin and sales teams as required Balancing of supplier purchase orders Maintaining stock of office supplies, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials Assist other departments with administrative organisation and support as required Supporting with ad hoc administration, data entry, and document management About You Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable managing phones and juggling multiple tasks Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Computer savvy – basic knowledge of email, printing, and data entry Provide fantastic customer service Prior admin or reception experience preferred Team player with a flexible, "pitch-in" attitude What We Offer Monday to Friday full-time hours.
Possibility of start time from 7am, with earlier finish.
