They are currently seeking an Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team on an initial 3 month contract.
This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys proactive recruitment and partnering closely with stakeholders, while also contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives across sourcing strategy, talent pooling, employer branding, and process improvements.THE ROLEReporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, this role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business support functions supporting the wider Talent Acquisition function.Key responsibilities include:Managing full recruitment lifecycle activities for a range of roles across business support functionsBuilding and maintaining talent pools and pipelinesPartnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholdersAssisting with recruitment process improvement and workflow optimisationSupporting broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiativesDelivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experiencePlease note this is a 3-month temporary role.THE CRITERIAEnd-to-end recruitment experience with a variety of business operational roles including but no limited to Executive Assistants, Finance Assistants and IT professionals.Robust sourcing and talent pipelining capabilityExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive search methodologiesExcellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skillsA proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approachStrong communication skills and a collaborative working styleAt Peoplecorp, we are dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in every recruitment process.
