As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their National HR & Development team.This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to be part of a fast paced, hands-on environment where no two days look the same.
You'll be working alongside a close knit, youthful team who get stuck in, get the work done, and know how to enjoy a well-earned drink together come Friday arvo.About the RoleReporting to the National HR & Development Supervisor, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for managers and employees across the business on all things HR, employee relations and industrial relations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide practical advice to managers on performance management, misconduct, grievances and workplace concernsSupport and conduct workplace investigations with fairness and discretionPrepare ER documentation — warnings, performance improvement plans,



investigation outcomes and correspondenceAdvise on the interpretation and application of Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment legislationSupport Enterprise Agreement negotiations and broader industrial relations mattersMaintain compliance across employment records and workplace documentationIdentify and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systemsAbout You5+ years' experience as an HR Advisor within a business of 100+ employeesDemonstrated experience in Union EBA negotiationsSolid working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial relationsA hands-on, practical approach — as comfortable in the detail as you are with the bigger pictureExcellent judgement, discretion and stakeholder communication skillsNationally recognised HR/IR qualification; MBA or postgraduate study highly regardedWhat's on OfferA genuinely varied, fast-paced role within the building materials industryA supportive, youthful team culture — hard-working, but one that knows how to switch off on a FridayReal scope to make an impact and grow within a national business
